A participant is someone who submits a photo for the photo wall. The total number of unique participants in a billing period is counted toward the plan limits.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. When downgrading, the new price will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your plan limits. If you exceed your limits, you can either upgrade to a higher tier or purchase add-ons to accommodate your needs. Your service will continue uninterrupted.

Do unused participant slots roll over to the next month?

No, participant limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, you can adjust your plan or purchase add-ons if you need additional capacity for specific events.
